As an experienced Talent Acquisition leader, with nearly 20 years of experience across Australia and New Zealand, I’m dedicated to helping start-ups and scale-ups hire the right talent as well as establishing successful, high-performing TA functions.
Having collaborated with some of the region's fastest-growing scale-ups including Xero, Zendesk and Slalom, I understand the challenges faced by growing businesses. While it might seem daunting at times, my experience will guide you through all of your hiring and scaling obstacles.
A little about me…
I’m passionate about building and engaging with communities, which is why I established the largest talent meetup in Australia in 2015. Now with over 2,000 members, the award-winning Melbourne Talent Meetup has become a movement and, proudly, the most connected TA community in Australia.
For me, recruitment is not about just putting bums on seats. It’s about tapping into the communities I have built to help you get the best talent to help elevate your business.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted family man with a wife and two young kids. Captain of my Master's soccer-football team, Ashburton United, I continue to play the sport I love, despite age and injuries starting to take their toll!
